2. In short

This website is purely informational. We set no cookies, use no analytics or tracking tools and embed no third-party content. Fonts, images and scripts are served from our own web space; no data is passed to other providers when you visit.

3. Hosting and server log files

The website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you visit, the server processes data your browser sends automatically: IP address, date and time, requested page or file, referrer URL, browser type and version, operating system. The purpose is secure and stable delivery of the website; the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log data is deleted automatically after eight weeks at the latest. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with IONOS.

4. Encryption

The website is delivered exclusively via an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS).

5. Contact by e-mail or phone

If you contact us, we process your details to handle your request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request relates to a contract or its preparation (e.g. distributor enquiries), otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our mailbox is also operated by IONOS. We delete your data once the request is settled unless statutory retention periods apply.

6. Links to Amazon

Our products are sold via Amazon. Product links are plain links: Amazon only receives the usual connection data once you click one and leave our website. Processing on amazon.de is the responsibility of Amazon Europe Core S.à r.l., 38 Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg, or the respective Amazon company; their privacy notice applies. These are not affiliate links.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object (Art. 21). An informal message to info@cooper-burton.com is sufficient. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, e.g. the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Rhineland-Palatinate, Hintere Bleiche 34, 55116 Mainz, Germany.
